BIOGRAPHY
Souzana is member of the Athens Bar Association and Tirana (Albania) Bar Association.
She handles cases mainly in the fields of Real Estate and Construction Law, Shipping and Administrative Law and is an expert in investment negotiations. She also acts as external legal consultant to foreign shipyard companies.
In addition to her activity in Greece, she also represents investors and businesses in Albania, carrying out all relevant negotiations, drafting and translating documents to and from Albanian.
She earned her LLB degree from the Kapodistrian University of Athens and then an LLM from the same University in Public Law.
Prior to establishing our partnership, Souzana was the Managing Partner & Co-founder at MLA law office which was specialized in administrative law, immigration law and real estate transactions.
Before starting her own law office, she gained significant experience in Civil, Commercial and Administrative law in reputable Greek and Italian law firms, as well as through a traineeship at the Athens Public Prosecutor’s Office. Souzana is fluent in Greek, Albanian, Italian and English.
